TDL has a Service Product with a subscription / recurring payment.

1. To cancel a customer's subscription, go to Contacts > Lists & Segments > Customers.
2. Click on the customer to open their Customer Details. Click Recurring > Monthly Subscription.
3. At the bottom in red, click Cancel Subscription and then click Confirm in the pop up window.

Your customer will be notified by email, as well as all TDL Admin.
